2009 Scarecrow Contest Guidelines |

The theme for Pumpkinfest
2009 is “Sowing the Seeds of
Knowledge”.
-
All scarecrows must
conform to the theme.
-
All scarecrows must be on
display no later than 5pm Sunday,
September 27th.
-
Judging will take place
on Monday, September 28th. Winners will
be announced the same day.
-
All scarecrows are to be
displayed until Monday, October 5th.
